They are popular with children because they taste good and can be prepared in the home anytime. Some people claim that they are healthy, but do they really?

These fruits and vegetables are usually blended, pureed, or crushed so they will have the right consistency when they are mixed with yogurt. This beverage can be prepared with yogurt or without it.
